Dr.Holly is very easy to work with. She listened to my concerns and offered options for me to consider. She helped by properly fitting me with new hearing aids. She is knowledgeable of the Phonax product and stepping me through the process for success.

I arrived at Victoria Hearing Center and I did not have an appointment. Clearly stated on door, "cannot be seen without an appointment." Well, my hearing aides were not working and I certainly could not hear. The receptionist was so kind and took my hearing aides and the most kindest lady fixed my hearing aides. This was the most awesome experience, ALL THE LADIES, were kind and considerate of my situation and ALL stepped in to help. Thank you so much ladies for working as a team and helping me. I wish I had all your names so I could list you here. Again, thank you all so much. I can hear again!!
